The cooking lesson for this week was homemade rolls and Texas Spaghetti. Hunter & Raven learned yeast basics and dividing a big glob of dough into 48 pieces. Knife skills. How to chop onions with cutting themselves. Hunter decided she liked chopping, like me. The fun part of cooking. Cooking pasta...(I read the time on the box). The sauce for Texas Spaghetti is a basic red pasta sauce, but add some spicy BBQ sauce and the packet of cheese sauce from mac and cheese. Hunter is sampling the sauce, again & again.
