July 2011, I saw a quilt in blue at my favorite quilt store, Island Quilters in Vashon, WA.
I purchased the following fabrics for my bedroom. Spring green walls with red accents. I wanted it bedspread sized, down to the floor.
May 15, 2012 I started cutting & piecing it. During this time I watched season 1 & 2 of Downtown Abbey, Island at War, & 3 seasons of Breaking Bad. Then I started handquilting it. Today I finished it. I can say this has been my main project for the last 352 days. And I am happy with the way it turned out.
