We have been doing a variety of things to enjoy the Christmas festivities.
We took Brody, Stephanie and Axel to see the Prairie Lights. It's a drive-thru light display.

Axel got to ride the carrousel 3 times. The lights excited him. There's nothing quite like seeing things at Christmas with a 3 year old.

Our ward had a Texas Christmas. There was plenty of smoked brisket and fixin's.

Hunter brought her friend Dominque and both had a chat with Santa.

Diego and Oscar let Santa know what they would like from him.

Larry has been wanting to make homemade sausage for some time.

We bought a pork shoulder, Larry had to cut it down, grind and season it, figure out how to stuff the casings. And lastly smoke them. After 2 days of work we have some very tasty sausage.

Every year that I have lived in Texas, Kelly and I have had a Christmas party. Usually we have an ornament exchange, but this year we changed it to a themed gift basket, you choose your theme. We had a good turn out, very yummy treats and lots of fun baskets.

This year it was at my house, next year Kelly's. Ummmm what will we exchange then?
I always love a good Christmas party. Sounds like you've been busy, but having fun! :0)
